‘Smart Let Rent Collection’ is a service in which the tenant pays the rent directly to Smart Lettings. The landlord is then issued with a monthly payment along with a statement of receipts and expenditures. This service gives the landlord peace of mind and reassures him/her that the rent is being paid on time each month. Therefore the landlord will not have to continually call to the tenants to collect the rent nor will they have to continually check bank statements, as in the case of standing order arrangement.
